Just thought I would share some of the pictures that were broadcasted!  This fire was maybe 15 miles away from me, believe me they were close enough for me to have an escape route for all my inventory!  I had boundaries already set up in my mind!  Everyone just laughed at me! And it would have taken quit a fire to get real close to me but I just kept thinking If the winds want to, it can take the fire anywhere it wants to go and no one will be able to stop it. Then they had predicted additional storms for the whole week!   Thank goodness we have been in a dry spell for 15 years, we never received any more storms, which gave the firefighters a chance to get it back under control!   The photographer took some amazing pictures!

Two years ago we were laid off of work and knowing that was going to happen I started selling on ebay months before!  When the time finally happened and we were laid off you asked if you could join me.  Obviously, I said sure take this shipping lol !  We ran the streets together shopping till you wanted to go home, I can see your expression without even looking at you when I would say just one more sale!  Afterwards, we would go eat at our favorite restaurants feeling like the business at least needed to feed us!   We laughed at ourselves so many times and as business goes there were times when we wanted to yell at each-other and didn't always have the same views, but we handled our business and had fun doing it!  I will miss you my friend and as I continue to strive to achieve our dream I will always remember  and know that you will always be with me in spirit!

What a day !!!!

Wow, Making cards,  work and grandchildren don't mixed no matter what you do  !!  Long day and I didn't get a whole lot done today!  However, I do still have additional cards to bring you.  Hope you enjoy!!!

Christmas = A Time to be busy with warmth and joy !!

I missed a day already !!!

Well, I really didn't intend to miss it!  I started to write last night but by the time I started it was already after 12:00, so I just gave up!!  I am not always good with words and especially typing them.  We went to a sale yesterday, we didn't find much but we had a lot of fun.  We meet a lot of people going to sales as they become available and I have to say the Lady's house we went to last night, I am so JEALOUS !!!!  There isn't anything fancy about her place but it is all  gorgeous, and horses to go along with it all !!  Ok, one more time I am so jealous !!!  I think I have to go visit her again, as soon as the snow goes away I may just do that !!   Off to work I go.  Hope you enjoy the pics the weather suits my listing of items today.  Starting to feel like Christmas !!

My stamping abilities ...........

This is going to be a short little note just to let everyone know my stamping abilities are very few.  I started working for a scrapbooking company and really didn't know anything about stamping, while working there I got into doing my genealogy and did my first scrapbook.  I thought it was so cute and thought heck I can do this,looking back at that book now I have to laugh!  I want to do it all over again lol  but I hear it is against the rules of scrapbooking.  Dealing with the stamps, ribbons, inks and watching other people make cards I thought to myself, heck I can do that.   So I started watching and ended up wanting (still wanting) to learn a lot of different techniques.  I took a class on watercolor and oh my I need several more classes on that, I do like coloring the images with a watercolor pencil and the classic ink pad.  I love it since you don't have to search for colors that is going to match the paper. So if anyone finds any great you tube videos on techniques please send them so everyone will enjoy.  If I am doing something wrong with my cards or could be doing something different, let me know!  Since I am a student in business lol I want to know everything !!  I probably should have learned before the business but as I always say and can do that and jump right in ......the results are still in the future.  Leave comments, help me out and of course follow the blog !!   See you again soon .                                                                                Stamper's Heaven

I don't know about this week it hasn't started out to good !!

I can't believe I completely messed up the background and it just disappeared !!  lol Oh well I didn't like it that much anyways.  I kinda like the black but  it needs something else to brighten it a bit, so I have been sitting here looking for someplace to get neat images I can incorporate into the layout.  Without, much luck so I think I have to give up and get to listing or nothing is going to get done today!!  If anyone knows where I can find what I am looking for (fancy swirls) please let me know.  Have a great day everyone !!!   Just to let you know everyone needs this set lol

Good News !!!

Hooray, we are ready to get listing again !! I didn't like the time off of listing but I have to tell you I enjoyed it!  I spent my days in my scraproom making lots & lots of cards!  Making the cards reminded me how I got myself into the madness!  Since the holidays are getting near and will be here before we know it!  I will be listing many cards to help you with some ideas to help you express your holiday cheer !!  Plus, I love the holidays and love love making the cards lol !  These cards featured today are made from Thoroughly Thankful  from Stampin up.  I usually try to make cards from the sets that I will be selling, there are times when I run across a set in my own private stash that calls my name so I throw them in the mix.  This week I pulled out the Classic trucks and just love the way the card came out!!  They are great for the single men in my life so I can send them some love and cheer without all the normal girly stuff !  So let me get to work I will see you again tomorrow !
